1. Return Window Eligibility

You have exactly 30 calendar days from the official physical delivery date of your item (as verified by the carrier tracking log) to request a comprehensive return and refund. If 30 days have elapsed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or a product swap.

2. Condition of Items Eligible for Return

To qualify for a successful return, your item must fulfill the following realistic conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same physical condition that you received it.
  • It must be housed in its original packaging structure, complete with all original tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your Zovaco order number or confirmation email receipt) must be presented.

3.  Free Returns — No Restocking Fees

We firmly believe that buyers should not suffer financial penalties for making a return. Therefore:

  • Return Shipping Fee: $0.00 (Free Return). Zovaco will provide you with a pre-paid printable return shipping label via email once your return is formally approved.
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00. We do not charge restocking fees, warehousing fees, or administration fees for any returned items.

4. Step-by-Step Return Process

To return your item smoothly, please adhere strictly to the following instructions:

  1. Initiate Request: Email our customer support center at info@zovaco.shop. Include your Order Number (e.g., #ZOV1001) and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Receive Prepaid Label: Upon verification, our team will reply within 24 hours providing a downloadable pre-paid shipping label along with explicit return address instructions. (Please do not mail items back to the origin address printed on the package box without notifying us first; unauthorized returns cannot be tracked).
  3. Package & Ship: Securely package the item, affix the prepaid label to the exterior of the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location (USPS/UPS/FedEx) closest to you.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned package is physically delivered to our sorting facility, it will undergo a brief quality control inspection. Following inspection:

  • We will immediately send you an email notification confirming the physical receipt and approval status of your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will automatically be issued back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
  • Refund Timeline: It will take a maximum of 10 business days for the refunded capital to reflect in your financial account, depending entirely on your banking institution's standard clearance windows.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
