Boxes, APO/FPO military bases, or remote US territories may experience minor delays beyond our standard 13 business days transit window due to localized postal restrictions.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

We will initiate a formal investigation with the respective courier network. We request that you report missing or damaged shipments within 7 calendar days of the designated delivery date.
